TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONDITION OF SALE:  The terms and conditions of sale contained herein supersede
all agreements made and purchase orders submitted to and accepted by Seller.  All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, shortages or other delays unavoidable or beyond Seller’s control.  Do not remove any labels.  If removed warranty is void.

WARRANTY:  Warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse or negligence.  Software shall be warranted only by manufacturer and is distributed by Computer Options on an as is basis.  Computer Options does not warrant that the functions contained in the programming will operate in the combinations which may be selected for use by the customer, or will meet the customer requirements. Computer Options does not warrant the operation of the equipment or that programming will be uninterrupted or error free or that all programming errors will be corrected.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  All merchandise must be accompanied by an invoice and must be in its original packing.  CALL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and ship fully insured and freight charges prepaid.  Returns without and RA# or sent freight collect will be rejected.  NO

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 7 DAYS.  Software may not be returned.  The buyer will be charged up to a 25% restocking fee.

CLAIMS:  All merchandise left our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to the goods pass to buyer upon receipt.   Claims should be filed immediately with carrier (not the seller) for merchandise damaged in transit.

PAYMENTS:  If customer fails to pay any charges due and payable, customer agrees that Computer Options will have the right to invoice and customer will pay a late payment of 18% per month, but not in excess of the lawful maximum on the unpaid balance.  A $25.00 surcharge will be applied to all returned checks.
