There are several ways to contact the Computer Options dispatch team. Please help us by providing as much information as possible. In most cases this would include a description of the issue and the urgency to get the issue resolved.
For non-urgent or critical items, please email our dispatch team. This mailbox is monitored during normal business hours. If you need assistance outside of business hours, please use our after-hours support.

Autotask Customer Portal
Creating a ticket through the portal will alert our dispatch team on creation. Please include as much detail as possible and the urgency of your request. If you don’t have portal access and would like access, please send an email to our dispatch team.
If you forgot your password, please use the password reset link on the portal page.

After Hours Support
Do you need assistance outside of normal business hours? Please contact us at (909)793-6338 and leave a message with our answering service. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes by our After-Hours team. Provide us with a description of the issue and a phone number to contact you at.
